We are a manufacturer started from 1997 year, with three factories and one online store for domestic market. We have over 300 employees, over 80,000 square meters workshops.

Do you have CE or NSF certificate?

We haven’t applied for CE or NSF, but our factory is ISO9001 and TUV approved.

What is your most popular selling product?

Could you produce customized size and shape products for me?

Yes, we often produce customized products,as long as we can make it, we will try our best.

What is the MOQ?

Generally we mainly supply to importers, wholesalers, etc. MOQ is 5pcs of each size of products.
If you are an owner of restaurant, you can order the different kinds of kitchen equipments you may need in your kitchen. Minimum order quantity is 8pcs, so we can delivery by ship.

Delivery time?

20~35 days as per the order quantity.

Could you provide me a sample?

Sure, we’d like to! Sample is only charged for a cost price for new customers, we also have promotions from time to time, please pay attention to our website.

What is the payment terms?

We prefer Bank transfer, 30% T/T in advance, 70% balance before delivery. For amount below 3000 dollars, we would require remit by one time to save the bank handling fees for both of us.
